Denuncias GLP está disponible en una primera etapa en Cajamarca, y próximamente a nivel nacional.

Esta aplicación te permite rápida y gratuitamente registrar ante Osinergmin tu denuncia por inconformidades en el peso del GLP del balón que adquiriste. Si tienes algún problema con el balón de gas, tienes derecho a exigir a tu proveedor que resuelva tu inconformidad. Si no atienden tu problema, puedes presentar una denuncia ante Osinergmin, a través de esta plataforma. En caso de infracción el distribuidor puede ser sancionado.

Ten en cuenta que Osinergmin actúa en el ámbito administrativo conforme a las funciones que le han sido delegadas, no pudiendo ordenar la devolución de dinero o el reemplazo de productos defectuosos.
